Added brother NPC, (he has no use at the moment but will be functional in probably the next update)

FINALLY fixed the walk speed. It is much better.

Removed web support. (read the devlog)

Also please note that mac updates might come a day or two later than windows updates (my computer has windows and it is easier for me)
